I’m Emily. I’m an RRCA certified running coach, and I can’t wait to work with you to achieve your running and fitness goals!

  • I’ve been running since 2014 and coaching since 2022.

  • I’m a seven-time marathoner and regularly finish in the top 10% of female participants at distances from 5k to marathon.

  • In my free time, I’m an endurance physiology nerd (one of my all-time favorite books is Endure by Alex Hutchinson).

But, I’m also a wife, professional, dog mom, and avid traveler (with the dogs, of course!). That means I’ve got a lot of other constraints on my time and added demands outside of running that - no matter how hard I try - I can’t just ignore when I’m in the middle of a demanding marathon training block.

That’s why I became a coach. I want to help busy people like me train in a way that takes into account non-running stressors to optimize their ability to reach their own ambitious running goals. Believe it or not, pretending that you aren’t tired or stressed out from work DOESN’T make you a better runner!

But it doesn’t have to be a choice between running well or being present for life outside of running. I can’t wait to partner with you to build a training plan that optimizes your running performance while also keeping your priorities straight!
